ARRI Advanced Service Training for Electronic Control System | Online

ARRI Camera Service provides hands-on and online service training courses for professional camera technicians, owner-operators and distributors – with or without technical experience.
After completing the course you will be able to keep your Electronic Control System in best possible shooting condition and heal the wounds of a hard life on set.
A skilled and experienced ARRI service technician will explain the technology behind and inside ARRI's Electronic Control System, imparting the skills required to diagnose problems quickly and solve them effectively. Rental facilities will find that service technicians who have completed the training work faster and more efficiently, saving time and money by minimizing the occurrence of problems that necessitate shipping a product back to the factory.
Participants will get a step by step instruction on how to disassemble and reassemble the ECS products, learning every action they might be confronted with on set or in the workshop.
Learning how to maintain ARRI's Electronic Control System properly and regularly will also help owner-operators to get the most out of their product that is built for an extremely long working life, making ownership more rewarding.
Participants are given the knowledge and experience to use special tools, test equipment and spare part sets designed for use by advanced technicians. After completing this training, attendees will be authorized to order tools and spare parts that are not available to anybody else.

Q: What else is included in the ticket price?
A: Your ticket includes personal access to the online learning platform, participant documents for download and authorisation to order spare parts and tools via your local distributor.
If you have more than one technician servicing our products, you will need to register each one individually. Select the group discount for 3 or more participants.
Q: Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?
A: Yes, you will receive a personalized certificate that we will send out on a regular basis once you have completed the course. There is no quiz or exam happening to get the certificate.
Q: When and how long will I have access to the training course?
A: Your Panopto account will be created within 24 hours, and you will receive an email from Panopto with your login details for our learning platform: https://arri.academy/panopto.
