There is a lot to cover from signal types to equipment. It acheived a demystification of a number of topics and gave me more confidence in the process. I could easily see another 30 minutes of hands on demonstration to give it more perspective.

Lots of great information about lighting networks. There were a few times in the video where they teased some hands-on shots in the studio, but they were few and far between. Personally, seeing the hands-on segments would have been more helpful to me than just the lecture format.
